Well my Beanie is back to school and is now officially in SK. Deanna starts next week in JK. I can hardly believe that it will be 3 years before all of the kids are in school full time. I'm not sure what the school board thinks parents do to be able to run around for the half days but we manage to do it along with many others. It certainly turns out to be worth it at the end of the day when Andrew shares something new he has learned at school.
He likes his new teacher and new school and asked if he could go back tomorrow.
He will be going back every day for the next 12 or 13 years so the answer to that question was a resounding yes! He has already met some new friends and told me that one boy was sad today because he was nervous. He said he told him that it would be okay and he was happy for the rest of the morning. I guess I can relax because he se

I celebrated this exciting day by making the kids each their own ice cream sundae. Mmmmmmm......now that's hands on learning!
