We've Got Grass

How exciting! We now have grass at the new house. The deck is now finished and we will be able to sit out and look over grass instead of dirt. It is amazing the things we sometimes take for granted. I have never wished for rain more than I did last night and boy did we get rain....and hail and flooding. Let's hope the grass faired better than we did on our way back to mom and dad's. There were trees down and we were searching for high ground because the water was just gushing down the roads. Snake hill had trees down and a small river running through it.

Grass is great! I can see lots of playing and running and wrestling taking place on that grass. Lots of memories-all to be made in the grass (and of course, there will always be dirt to make it truly fun)
