Tonight, Dad and Andrew got to have a few stolen 'pumpkin moments' together. Mom and I had to run a quick errand and when we returned, Andrew was still awake. It seemed he was a little over tired.
He has an inherited love for pumpkin pie just like his dad and his papa. It seems all of our kids seem to really like pumpkin pie-even without the cool whip. Who knew? Here is the before and after picture. The first picture I took showed both of them lifting a tasty bite of pie to their mouths at exactly the same time. The after looks a little like most people after they finish a big turkey dinner-they just want to hit the couch and have a little nap. Here's to many more 'pumpkin moments' between these pals!
