Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow....

Well after 3 solid days of snow, we are now enjoying shovelling snow up to the bumper of our van! Andrew enjoyed going out to help Daddy shovel and I took the girls for the first tobaggan ride of the season. It was a perfect night for tobaganning~not too cold, a thin layer of ice under some freshly fallen snow. I hardly had to pull the sleigh as it just glided along the surface. The kids were all bundled up and had a great time. I have a feeling(based on what they say about this winter) that there will be many more opportunities to do this because it is supposed to snow, snow, snow. It was kind of funny after being out for a few minutes to notice that more fathers and sons were shovelling together and several other families were going up and down the street in their sleighs......I must have set precedent for family activities for the night!
