Christmas Eve traditions....
We open new jammies which I have already posted pics for but we also listen to 'Twas the night before Christmas' as read by our trusty little bear purchased last year for the kids. Next, we opened the Christmas jammies. This of course all came after the Christmas Eve bath. We then went to track Santa on the web to see where he was before bedtime. Dwayne read the Christmas story~the real one and then, the whole Pritchett family congregated on our bed and we just had some good family fun. The kids played some games they invented and laughed and giggled until it was time for Santa to come. They said they heard Jingle Bells and all jumped off the bed and ran to get into their own in record time. Santa should come every night! On second thought, he probably shouldn't. Santa is a very busy guy and it tires me out just thinking of all the things he would have to do each day if that were the case. We sang Happy Birthday to Jesus and sang some Christmas carols. It was almost as good as when we did this last year except we had Great Papa & Grammie with us at mom & dad's house which made it extra special and Great Papa told the Christmas Story. We love you Great Papa & Grammie. Enjoy the pics!
