So after multiple issues with the moving company (whom we will not use again) and many hours of packing with the help of mom, we are all moved in officially. Thank goodness we took 8 truck loads ourselves our we would have been unloading the truck at midnight I'm sure. (but that's another story for another time).
During the day yesterday, the kids did not eat until 9 pm and fell quickly asleep at 10 when they went to bed. Someone backed into our van at the gas station as well which was a perfect addition to the already crazy day.
We also found out that our neighbours on both sides are finding mushrooms in the sod that was just laid-what a nice housewarming gift. So far so good with ours but it may just be a matter of time. I guess after going strawberry picking, we can send the kids out back to pick mushrooms. I will have to add some pictures of the kids helping the movers. It was quite the event! Thanks Jennifer for staying a little later to help us with this whole mess!

Hope you found your bed amongst the boxes and got a good night sleep after a day like that. It's gotta go up hill from here! The Deer are there to protect you from all other evils!
The deer see everything. Be very careful of what you do! Bambi is a very close personal friend of mine and I've gotten quite fond of thumper to so watch your back!
I believe it is the deer who are out to get me. I have done nothing to them. They just keep following me with their "Deer in a headlight" look. As for Thumper... maybe he could join our purple stew!
